Even if china put 50% GDP of china in denfense which is equal to around 1000*1.3 billion =1300 billion dollars(nominal), then per capita in china is almost as india's.Therefore we needn't indian's indoctrination. In fact china only spend 59 billion or so-called 59x3=127 billion(as some indian saying) in denfense,So indians should satisfy china's spending less, not more.
