1. I find that such a topic attracting so many members to discuss is very ridiculous,especially writen by indian.
2. If indian think that denfense spending isn't important, you can suggest for your gov don't do so and disarm your army.Then you can  
     boast that we love peace,we needn't weapon as a model for the world.In fact I really hope that in the nearly future no weapon in the world.Welcome india do at first.
3. Considering china  5,292 (ppp) or 2461 (nominal) per capita of IMF, india  2,659 (ppp) or 978(nominal) per capita of IMF.
    Excuse me. Even if china put 50% GDP of china in denfense which is equal to around 1000*1.3 billion =1300 billion dollars(nominal), then per capita in china is almost as india's.Therefore we needn't indian's indoctrination. In fact china only spend  59 billion or so-called 59x3=127 billion(as some indian saying) in denfense,So indians should satisfy china's spending less, not more.
4. In the end, linking the earthquake to denfense,the intention by poster is very regretful.
